Power To Your Pelvic Floor Workshop

Your pelvic floor may be tight, it could be weak and if you are leaking it’s definitely got a communication issues.
To learn more about what could be happening in your dear pelvic floor muscles this fun and practical workshop will take you on a lovely journey with simple anatomy through the 3 diaphragms. We will look at stability; your neuromuscular sequencing and how breathing affects power, strength and communication.
Don’t worry if anatomy isn’t your thing, I’ll keep it simple and visual with colourful presentation at the start of the workshop. .
The workshop is followed up by 2 one hour classes which includes a specially designed sequence to help you rebuild the power in your pelvis.
We will cover:
-3 Diaphragms Anatomy
-Stress vs Urge Incontinence
-Ways to reconnect
-Breathing Exercises, pIlates and yoga to build strength.
