Did you know that your jaw holds incredible power?
It’s not just for chewing, it’s is the go-to compensator for motor control especially when we become stressed or out of balance. A tight jaw can contribute to headaches, tooth sensitivity, neck and shoulder tightness, jaw clicking and popping and can also cause havoc with the inner communications of your body leading to weakness in other parts.
I feel for you. I can share some crazy stories about how my tight jaw let to a very weak right arm that took me years to figure out, but since I started adding regular jaw releases to my daily routine everything is under control and I haven’t had symptoms in my arm for many years.
Introducing my upcoming workshop on discovering how you can release your own jaw. In this workshop, you’ll dive deep into the causes and symptoms of TMJ, and most importantly, you’ll learn effective techniques and exercises to release tension and promote relaxation in your jaw muscles.
You’ll also have access to self-care techniques like myofascial releases, breathing and relaxation exercises that will leave you feeling reconnected and aligned.
