After sustaining a pelvis and shoulder injury that wouldn’t heal, I went in search of a better understanding of why? Learning about what was impeding my recovery profoundly changed my own health and the way I work with my clients.

Amongst some very cool and effective treatments from the worlds best teachers, I learned that physical and emotional pain live in the same place in your brain, chronic stress is common and most people don’t breathe well.

The body is a whole system and it will overcome stress and injury much quicker when it is treated this way.

How I Work With You

Every injury is different, every client is unique.

During your first appointment I assess how your body is functioning. I’ll test for muscle strength, areas of neuromuscular weakness and how your body responds under stress. From this assessment together we can identify how your body adapts and compensates which helps me to be more effective in treating your injuries and enables you to be part of the healing process.
